Light Cluster description
Type of cluster : Urban
This cluster started with some sites down and the Sites Shake Down
not ready, the Preliminary works (Neighbour list Check, Parameters
Check) were not done by WFI Engineering group. The reason to start
the cluster under theses condition was due to the Schedule.
Sites/Sectors:
15 Sites/36 Sectors available for the First Pass.
18 Sites/42 Sectors available for Second Pass.
18 Sites/42 Sectors available for Third Pass.
21 Sites/51 Sectors planned.
Sites Indoor were not taken in to the count : Palais des Congress on
air, and 2 VLA

Nlist Optimization
working on the Neighbour list Optimization is a necessity since it is a trade
off between Overshooting and Coverage reduction
Overshooting
St Loup UMTS (Cluster H), Garibaldi (Cluster D), and Marseille ST Julien
(Cluster B) were overshooting in areas with missing sites or poor coverage.
Re design
Is recommended a special study for the following sites: Le Frioul (Is
overshooting everywhere) and Marseille La Cadenelle (the Configuration
should be changed from 2 sectors with 65 degrees beamwith antennas to
just one sector of 90 degrees Beamwith antenna.
