The IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems only accepts online applications. Applications must be submitted using the University’s online application tool. Please note that in order to determine whether you meet the admission requirements, your complete application must be submitted before the application deadline. We strongly recommend that you complete your online application on a timely basis, so that you will have time to submit any missing documents before the final deadline for applications.
1st STEP
After successful registration in the University’s online application portal you will receive your personal access link to start your online application. Your online application can be cached at any time, and can be accessed at a later date, using your personal access link.
2nd STEP
Please complete your online application, upload the required documents and select the date or mode for your admission procedure. After you have submitted your completed application, we will notify you of receipt of your application by e-mail. Please note that you must submit your translated and legalised documents by post.
3rd STEP
Your complete application file (including translated and legalised documents) will be verified individually by the academic board according to the entry requirements. Non-EU citizens additionally have to pay registration fee. In this case, the application will be considered only after we have received the registration fee. We will inform you by e-mail whether you comply with the entry requirements. If you fulfill the entry requirements, you will be invited to take part in the admission procedure.
4th STEP
You take part in the admission procedure of the respective programme you have applied for. The procedure involves an admission interview which either will take place in Krems or will be held via Skype. The dates for the admission interviews will be published on the IMC Krems website.
5th STEP
After you have completed the entire admission procedure, you will be informed about the result as soon as possible. This notification will be sent by e-mail. Please note that, for administrative reasons we are unable to provide any information by telephone.

If you wish to apply before completing your Bachelor degree or equivalent, please submit official confirmation from your university of your target degree (including the total score of ECTS points), the scheduled final exam date and the qualification you will obtain at the end of your degree course.
