Swan Neck, bolting guidelines
Attach the Swan Neck frame to the roof using bolts/bolts and nuts. Place the rubber gasket between the frame and the roof.

Installation Instruction for Swan Neck 6x2 frame
Mark a rectangular opening Use the frame as template for the drilling of the screw holes. Hole in frame Ø = 12 mm.
Attach the frame to the rof using bolts/bolts and nuts. The rubber gasket shall be placed between frame and rof.
Frame installation
Adapt those modules which are to hold cables or pipes by peeling off layers.
Try to achieve a 0,1–1 mm gap between the two halves when held against the cable/pipe.
Lubricate the modules thoroughly with Roxtec Assembly Gel, both the inside and outside faces.
Insert the modules according to your transit plan. Start with the largest modules.
Note that cables shall go straight through the frame.
Insert a stayplate on top of every finished row of modules.
Installation of the modules
Remove any dirt inside the frame. Lubricate the inside faces of the frame. Make sure to get Roxtec Assembly Gel into the corner.
Page over
Before inserting the final row of modules, insert two stayplates.
Separate the two stayplates and insert the final row of modules between the stayplates.
Drop the upper stayplate on top of the modules.
Lubricate and insert the wedge on top of the frame (standard position).
The Roxtec Wedge can be placed anywhere in the frame.
Tighten the screws until stop(approx. 20 Nm).
Note
For optimum reliability, wait 24 hours or longer after installation, before exposing the cables or pipes to strain or pressure.
Permitted Roxtec modules: All modules shall be RM type.
