Berechnungsmethoden
Gekoppelte Simulation (eine Berechung)
• Materialfluss und Werkzeugbelastung beeinflussen sich gegenseitig;
• „Synchrone“ Berechnung des Gleichgewichtszustands pro Inkrement;
• Werkstück-Werkstoffmodell: elastisch-plastisch;
• Werkzeug-Werkstoffmodell: z.Zt. linear-elastisch (deformierbar);
• Rechenzeit hoch (mehrere Tage auf 1 CPU).
Entkoppelte Simulation (zwei getrennte Berechnungen)
• Keine Rückkopplung zwischen Materialfluss und Werkzeugbelastung.
• Eine Berechnung „Materialfluss“ mit starren Werkzeugen (Standard);
• Eine weitere Berechnung mit linear-elastischem Werkstoffverhalten für Werkzeuge im
Pre-Processor aufsetzen;
• Übertrag Werkzeug-Normalspannungen für ein ausgewähltes Inkrement;
• Rechenzeit gering (ein paar Stunden auf 1 CPU).
