Situation meist sehr kompliziert ist und selbstverstandlich noch zusatzlicher spezifischer -oberlegungen bedarf. Daruber· hinaus ist es weitgehend unklar, inwiefern die in diesem Buch dargelegten V orstellungen zur chaotischen Dynamik z. B. bei der "voll entwickelten" Turbulenz noch relevant sind, liegen doch relativ zuverlassige Untersuchungsergebnisse nur bez. der "schwach entwickelten" Turbulenz vor.
Viele offene Fragen ergeben sich z. B. auch bez. des Einflusses von stochastischen Storungen auf ursprunglich· deterministische Systeme. Die in diesem Buch vorgestellten charakteristischen GroBen verlieren dann ihren Sinn und mussen geeignet modifiziert oder durch ganzlich neue Charakteristika ersetzt werden. Wegen des bescheidenen Umfangs dieses Buches konnten wir auf diesbezugliche aktuelle Forschungsergebnisse ebensowenig eingehen, wie auf Probleme des sogenannten Quantenchaos oder auf das HAMILToN-Chaos, obwohl es gerade im letzten Fall schon seit den Arbeiten von POINCARE und BIRKHOFF und insbesondere seit den 50er Jahren im Zusammenhang mit dem KAM-Theorem bemerkenswerte exakte Resultate gibt. Dennoch hoffen wir, dem Leser einen Einblick in die Welt chaotischer Bewegungen gegeben zu haben, mogliche Vorurteile bez. eines" volligen Durcheinanders" bei chaotischen Bewegungen abgebaut und das Interesse an weiterfuhrenden Studien geweckt zu haben.
