Sprache / Sprechen
Dysprosodie / Aprosodie
Historische Reminiszenzen
Suprasegmentale Ebene = Prosodie:
- Intonationskontur (Grundfrequenzverlauf, F0)
- Lautstärkemodulation (Schalldruckpegelverlauf, SPL)
- Rhythmus (Verhältnis der Silbendauern)
Sidtis & van Lanker 2003
Historische Reminiszenzen
Prosodie in der Neurologie:
Monrad-Krohn GH. Dysprosody or altered „melody of language“. Brain 1947;70:405-15
Dysprosodie vs. Aprosodie / Hypoprosodie vs. Amusie
Prosodie = „variations of stress, of rhythm and of pitch“
Historische Reminiszenzen
Prosodie in der Neurologie:
Monrad-Krohn GH. Dysprosody or altered „melody of language“. Brain 1947;70:405-15
Dysprosodie = Foreign Accent Syndrome vs. Aprosodie / Hypoprosodie vs. Amusie
Prosodie = „variations of stress, of rhythm and of pitch“
Foreign Accent Syndrome I:
Definition: „monolingual patient is frequently
mistaken for being a non-native speaker“
ASHA-Leader 15. 08. 2006
wichtig:
- Patienten leiden unter ihrem „Akzent“, haben also Störungseinsicht
- teilweise als Konversionsneurose verkannt
Häufigkeit: ca. 40 Kasuistiken in der
Weltliteratur (Reha ca. 1 Patient / Jahr)
Foreign Accent Syndrome II:
Ursache: meistens zerebrale Ischämie, seltener
Schädel-Hirntraums, fraglich MS
Lokalisation:
Sprechapraxie ?
Foreign Accent Syndrome III:
Sprachpathologisches Profil:
- segmentale Ebene (Konsonanten, Vokale)
- Entstellungen, Auslassungen (Deletionen), Substitutionen
- suprasegmentale Ebene (Prosodie)
- „skandierender“ (silbischer) Rhythmus
- Intonation verändert
Therapie: ????

Linguistische und paralinguistische Funktionen von Prosodie
Linguistische Pragmatische Affektive Prosodie: Prosodie: Prosodie:
- Wortakzent - Sprecherintention - Emotionen (umfahren / (z.B. Ironie) (Freude etc.)
umfahren)
Sicherheit)
- Satzmodus (Das hat er gesagt ?/!)

Tasks: 1) Recognition affective prosody (5 emotions) 2) Vowel detection

Identification of Emotional Intonation
Stimuli:
Affective prosody = right hemisphere? Linguistic prosody = left hemisphere?
Question:
70 pairs of intonational variants of the following sentence:
Tasks: 1) Discrimination of affective prosody(Expressiveness: Which of the two utterancs sounds „more intense“?)
2) Discrimination of linguistic prosody (Which of the two utterances represents an
answer to the question: „Where is the scarf?“)
„Hearing of Emotions“: Experiment 2
