Place the cylinder in the gas cylinder dock and then turn it
clockwise until it is snug
Once the cylinder is attached, the gauge should immediately
give a reading
The reading should be equal to or greater than 50 psi
(approximately 345 kPa or 3.45 bar). If the reading is lower or shows zero, then the tank does
not have sufficient contents and must be replaced.

the AutoRAE Lite.
Download the firmware from the RAE Systems website orfrom a disc to your computer.
Connect the AutoRAE Lite to the computer using a USB
cable.

Power up the AutoRAE Lite (make sure it has batteries or
has the AC adapter connected and plugged in).
Make sure a QRAE II is not in the dock. Start the AutoRAE Utility Program by double-clicking its
icon on the computers desktop.

The RAE Programmer 7000 dialog box appears.
Set the COM port to match your current configuration (for
example, 6). Click Browse...
Locate the firmware update file on your computer (it has a
.rfp suffix).

Once you select the file, click Open. RAE Programmer 7000 opens.
Click Go to start updating the firmware.
You receive the message Processing Information as the updating
progresses.
