UNITÀ ABITATIVE Le unità abitative vengono prenotate in media/alta/altissima per minimo 7 notti nella bassa minimo 3 . Minimo di persone 2 e il numero di persone indicato per ogni unità è il massimo consentito (adulti e bambini) L’unità abitativa dovrà essere lasciata libera entro le ore 10.00, in caso contrario e salvo disponibilità effettiva dell’ alloggio, verrà addebitata anche la notte successiva. Le persone dovranno lasciare il campeggio prima delle ore 12.00 in caso contrario verrà addebitata anche la notte successiva.
I minorenni non possono accedere al campeggio se non accompagnati da adulti che ne siano i legali responsabili. I cani sono ammessi in spiaggia nella “Roy dog beach “, di fronte a questo tratto di spiaggia è presente anche un’area di balneazione per i cani limitata da idonea attrezzatura . Uscita a partire dalle ore 7:00 solo per ospiti in partenza che hanno fatto check-out il giorno precedente, non sono ammesse partenze dalle 23.00 alle 07.00.

RECESSO PIAZZOLE A RISERVAZIONE Se l ‘ospite dovesse rinunciare alla Piazzola e Superplatz a riservazione avrà diritto al rimborso del 80% del deposito versato
( per lettera, fax o e-mail ) all’Europa Camping Village almeno 30 giorni prima della data d’arrivo ; il 20% sarà trattenuto a titolo di penale. Nessun rimborso spetterà a chi rinuncia nei 29 giorni precedenti l’inizio del soggiorno o in caso di mancato arrivo.
RECESSO UNITÀ ABITATIVE L’ospite che rinuncia alla prenotazione ha diritto al rimborso del deposito a cauzione versato (30% importo totale prenotazione) esclusivamente quando la comunicazione scritta viene inviata a all’ EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE , mediante lettera, fax o e-mail, almeno 30 giorni prima della data di arrivo indicata nella prenotazione. In tale ipotesi di rimborso EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE avrà comunque diritto a trattenere la somma di Euro 100,00 a titolo di spese di prenotazione. L’ospite che rinuncia alla prenotazione con comunicazione scritta di
giorno precedente la data di arrivo indicata nella prenotazione avrà diritto al rimborso del 50% dell’importo del deposito a cauzione versato. Il rimanente 50% con un minimo di Euro 100,00 sarà trattenuto da EUROPACAMPING VILLAGE a titolo di penale. L’ospite che

OGGETTI SMARRITI E RINVENUTI Gli oggetti smarriti in campeggio o dimenticati e rinvenuti all’interno

La piazzola sarà disponibile dalle ore 15.00 del giorno di arrivo e dovrà essere lasciata libera entro le ore 12.00 del giorno di partenza. I bagni privati saranno disponibili a partire dalle ore 17:00 del giorno di arrivo e dovranno essere lasciati liberi entro le ore 11:00 del giorno di partenza.
• Nelle unità abitative non sono ammessi animali eccetto Crystal Lodge Roy / Europa Roy e Coco Roy.
• L’occupazione di una piazzola o unità abitativa in zona cani, determina il pagamento obbligatorio della tariffa cane per l ‘intero periodo di soggiorno.
• In caso di ritardo nell’ arrivo , il cliente ne informerà telefonicamente la Direzione del Campeggio; in difetto di ciò l’unità prenotata sarà tenuta libera no alle ore 15:00 del giorno successivo e non oltre.
• L’importo per tutto il periodo prenotato, dovrà essere corrisposto anche nei casi di arrivi ritardati o di partenze anticipate.
• Le dotazioni ed attrezzature accessorie sono elencate in inventario esposto nell’alloggio . In caso di rottura o smarrimento il cliente deve rimborsare il valore in denaro. Riparazioni e sostituzioni sono esclusivo compito della direzione.

ACCOMMODATIONIn mid/high season, accommodations must be booked for a minimum of 7 nights. Minimum persons 2. CANCELLATION PITCHES ON RESERVATIONIf you wish to cancel a booking of a Pitch / Super pitch on reservation (€ 200,00 - € 250,00) you will be entitled to 80% reimbursement of the deposit, provided that cancellation (by letter, fax or e-mail) reaches Europa Camping Village at least 30 days before the date of arrival; 20% shall be retains as penalty. No reimbursement shall be paid to cancellations of booking during the 29 days before the beginning of the stay or the event of failure to arrive.
CANCELLATION ACCOMMODATIONSGuests who cancel their booking only have the right to a refund for the deposit paid (30% of the full amount of the reservation) if written

The private toilet will be ready for the occupation from 05.00 p.m. on the arrival day and must be vacated before 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure
• No animals are admitted except EUROPA ROY, Crystal Lodge ROY and Coco ROY. The occupation of a pitch or accommodation in a dog area determines the mandatory payment of the dog fee for the entire duration of the stay.
• In case of late arrival please inform the staff of the campsite by telephone otherwise the accommodation or the pitch will be held over until 03.00 p.m. next day at latest.
• The full amount must be paid for the entire period reserved even in the event of late arrival or earlier departure.
• Each accommodation is provided with equipment and accessories list. In case of loss or breakages guest must refund the damage. Replacements and repairs are reserved to the management.
• Final cleaning is not included if the accommodation is not clean at

STELLPLÄTZE UND SUPERPLÄTZE Stellplätzereservierung: möglich Mindestaufenthalt 7 Nächte (Anreise / Abreise/ Samstag /Sonntag /Montag ). Mindestaufenthalt Hauptsaison 7 Nächte 6 Personen ( Erwachsene und Kinder ) ist die maximal Personenanzahl zugelassen. Der Stellplatz muss vor 12:00 Uhr geräumt werden anderenfalls wird einer weiteren Nacht berechnet.
WOHNEINHEITEN In der Neben-Zwischen- und Hochsaison werden die Wohneinheiten für mindestens 7 Nächte gebucht .min.2 pax Die für jede Einheit angegebene Personenzahl bezieht sich auf die höchst zulässige Zahl (Erwachsene und Kinder ) Die Wohneinheit muss bis 10 Uhr geräumt werden. Anderenfalls und vorbehaltlich der effektiven Verfügbarkeit der Unterkunft wird auch die nächste Nacht in Rechnung gestellt . Die Personen müssen vor 12 Uhr den Campingplatz verlassen , andernfalls wird einer weiteren Nacht berechnet.
Minderjährige dürfen den Campingplatz nicht allein betreten wenn Sie nicht von Erwachsenen begleite werden die für Sie verantwortlich (gesetzlicher Vertreter) sind. Die Hunde sind am Strand in dem “Roy Dog Beach “ erlaubt. In diesem Bereich, dessen Abgrenzung auch ins Meer reicht, dürfen Hunde auch ins Wasser. Der Badebereich für Hunde ist durch entsprechende schwimmende Vorrichtungen eingegrenzt.Abfahrt ab 7 Uhr gestattet ( nur anreisende Gäste, die sich am Vortag schon abgemeldet haben). Abfahrten von 23:00 Uhr bis 07:00 Uhr sind nicht erlaubt.

Die genaue Stellplatznummer wird Ihnen aber erst bei der Ankunft auf dem Campingplatz mitgeteilt. Mit der Buchung garantieren wir die Art der Mietunterkunft und den Aufenthaltszeitraum, aber wir garantieren nicht eine bestimmten Nummer. Die Nummer der gebuchten Mietunterkunft wir bei der Ankunft zugeteilt.
RÜCKTRITT VON DER BUCHUNG STELLPLÄTZE AUF RESERVIERUNG Falls eine Reservierung storniert wird und dies der Campingleitung per Brief, Fax oder E-mail 30 Tage vor der geplanten Ankunft mitgeteilt wird, hat der Gast Anrecht auf die Rückerstattung von 80% der geleisteten Anzahlung (€ 200,00); 20% werden entschädigungshalber einbehalten. Keine Rückerstattung erfolgt bei Absage während der 29 Tage vor Beginn des Aufenthalts oder bei Nichtankunft.

VERLORENE UND GEFUNDENE GEGENSTÄNDEDie auf dem Campingplatz verlorenen oder in den Unterkünften liegen gelassenen und gefundenen Gegenstände werden bis zum Saisonende im Fundbüro aufbewahrt. • In den gemieteten Unterkünfte sind Tiere nicht zugelassen mit Ausnahme EUROPA Roy, CRYSTAL LODGE Roy, COCO ROY. Die Belegung eines Stellplatzes oder einer Wohneinheit in einem Hundebereich bestimmt die obligatorische Zahlung der Hundegebühr für die gesamte Dauer des Aufenthalts.
• Sollte der Gast am gebuchten tag spät oder gar nicht ankommen, verständigt er rechtzeitig die Campingverwaltung; anderenfalls wird die Wohnung oder der Stellplatz bis spätestens 15.00 Uhr des nächsten Tages freigehalten und dann weitervermietet.
• Wird eine Unterkunft oder ein reservierter Stellplatz verspätet bezogen oder wird der Aufenthalt, aus welchem Grund auch immer vorzeitig beendet, muss in jedem Fall der gesamte Zeitraum der Reservierung bezahlt werden.
• Die Einrichtungsgegenstände sind in der Inventarliste der Wohnung eingetragen. Im Falle von Beschädigung oder Verlust ist der Kunde gehalten den gegen wer zu bezahlen.
• Reparaturen und Wiederversorgungen dürfen nur von der Direktion vorgenommen werden .
• Die Endreinigung ist in der Aufenthaltsgebühr nicht inbegriffen. Wenn die Unterkunft bei der Abfahrt nicht sauber ist (Geschirr gewaschen, Boden gewaschen, Müll geworfen), werden Reinigungskosten berechnet (€ 50,00). Bei einer Endreinigung muss auf jeden Fall der Müll geworfen werden.
• Für die EUROPA Roy und CRYSTAL LODGE Roy obligatorische Desinfektion Spesen € 30,00.
• Für die COCO Roy obligatorische Desinfektion und Reiningungskosten € 50,00.
• Für die Suite und Coco Sweet obligatorische Reinigungkosten € 30,00.• Bei der endgültigen Buchungbestätigung erklärt sich der Gast mit
den o.e. Bedingungen einverstanden. • Die Preiseliste und die Campingordnung und Campingordung für
die Hunde sind Bestandteil dieser “Buchungsbedigungen “. • Mindestalter 16 Jahre, um die Fitness, Wellness Bereich seit 18 Jahren
