Auf Kundenwunsch können andere Flächenelemente eingesetzt werden. Die Türen sind mit einer Schutzkontaktleiste und Sicherheitsendschalter versehen. Die Lieferung erfolgt anschlussfertig.

DIE MONTAGEDie Hubtür wird mittels Standardwinkel an die vorhandene Grundkonstruktion angeschraubt. Optional können Scharniere verwendet werden, um z.B. bei Werkzeugwechsel die Hubtür weg-schwenken zu können.

ABMESSUNGENWir fertigen alle Hubtüren individuell nach Ihren Wünschen und Anforderungen. Die Gesamtbreite einer pneumatischen Hubtür liegt zwischen 600 mm und 2.000 mm. Der Hub einer pneumatischen Hub-tür liegt zwischen 250 mm und 1.000 mm. Die Gesamthöhe beträgt Hub x 2 + 320 mm. Die Tiefe der Standardhubtür beträgt 98 mm.

FUNKTIONDer Hubantrieb erfolgt über einen pneumatischen Zylinder mit End-lagendämpfung. Ab einer Breite von 850 mm werden zwei Zylinder montiert. Die Hubbewegung wird über ein elektro-pneumatisches Ventil gesteuert. Steuersignal ein – die Hubtür fährt ab, Steuersignal aus – die Hubtür fährt auf. Bei Strom- oder Druckausfall wir die Hubtür über entsperrbare Rückschlagventile sofort angehalten.

Durch eine montierte Schutzkontaktleiste werden Gefährdungen ver-mieden. Bei Berührung wird ein Signal an die Anschlussbox gesendet. In Verbindung mit einer Steuerung oder einer Bedieneinheit fährt die Hubtür in die obere Endlage zurück und lässt sich erst nach erneuter Betätigung schließen. Ein Sicherheitsschalter gibt nach dem Schließen der Hubtür das Maschinen-Steuersignal über einen potentialfreien Öffner- und Schließkontakt frei. Bei schnelllaufenden Türen wird in den Endlagen automatisch ein zusätzlicher Dämpfungsimpuls ausgelöst. Eine spezielle Ansteuerung ist nicht erforderlich.

ANSCHLUSSSteuerspannung 24V/DC über ein ca. 10 m langes 14-adriges Kabel, Pneumatik 6 bar über einen QS-8-Steckanschluss. Optional 17-pol-Stecker mit 5 m Kabel.

HINWEISDie pneumatischen Hubtüren sind keine Sicherheitsbauteile gemäß Maschinenrichtlinie 98/37 Anhang IV. Einbau und Inbetriebnahme nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal, gemäß Bedienungsanleitung.

MEASUREMENTSAll lift gates are manufactured in accordance with your individual speci- fications and requirements. The total width of a pneumatic lift gate is between 600 mm and 2,000 mm. The stroke of a pneumatic lift gate lies between 250 mm and 1,000 mm. The total height is stroke x 2 + 320 mm. The depth of a standard lift gate is 98 mm.

FUNCTIONThe lift drive is affected via a pneumatic cylinder with end position damping. Two cylinders are mounted when the width is more than 850 mm. The stroke movement is controlled by an electro- pneumatic valve. Control signal on- the lift gate goes down, control signal off- the lift gate goes up. The lift gate stops immediately by means of an unlockable non-return valve when there is a power cut or loss of pressure. Dangers are avoided by mounting a safety contact switch. When it is touched a signal is transmitted to the terminal box. The lift gate goes back to upper end position by means of a control or an operating unit and can be closed after renewed operation. A safety switch releases the machine control signal after the lift gate has been closed via a poten-tial free normally closed contact and normally open contact. High speed gates automatically activate an additional damping impulse in the end position. A special control for this purpose is not required.

CONNECTIONControl voltage 24V/DC via an approximately 10 m long 14 wired cable, pneumatic 6 bar via a QS-8-plug and socket connection. As an option 17 polarised plug with 5 m cable.

NOTICEPneumatic lift gates are not safety parts in accordance with machine guidelines 98/37 Appendix IV. Installation and commissioning should only be carried out by staff qualified to do so and in accordance with the operating manual.

The stroke of a pneumatic lift gate lies between 250 mm and 1,000 mm. The total height is stroke x 2 + 320 mm. The depth of a standard lift gate is 98 mm.

FUNCTIONThe lift drive is affected via a pneumatic cylinder with end position damping. Two cylinders are mounted when the width is more than 850 mm. The stroke movement is controlled by an electro- pneumatic valve. Control signal on- the lift gate goes down, control signal off- the lift gate goes up. The lift gate stops immediately by means of an unlockable non-return valve when there is a power cut or loss of pressure. Dangers are avoided by mounting a safety contact switch. When it is touched a signal is transmitted to the terminal box. The lift gate goes back to upper end position by means of a control or an operating unit and can be closed after renewed operation. A safety switch releases the machine control signal after the lift gate has been closed via a poten-tial free normally closed contact and normally open contact. High speed gates automatically activate an additional damping impulse in the end position. A special control for this purpose is not required.

CONNECTIONControl voltage 24V/DC via an approximately 10 m long 14 wired cable, pneumatic 6 bar via a QS-8-plug and socket connection. As an option 17 polarised plug with 5 m cable.

NOTICEPneumatic lift gates are not safety parts in accordance with machine guidelines 98/37 Appendix IV. Installation and commissioning should only be carried out by staff qualified to do so and in accordance with the operating manual.
