TRANSCRIPT
Haben Sie sich nicht auch schon
einen Radar gewünscht,
mit dem Sie den Status
aller Ihrer Projekte
auf einen Blick
zuverlässig und
objektiv sehen
können?
Mit Project Supervision
bieten wir dafür eine
einfache und effiziente Methodik
Project Supervision
Project Supervision
Das liefert Project Supervision
• Sie erhalten Transparenz aufgrund
objektiver Informationen über ihr
gesamtes Projektportfolio
• Sie können frühzeitig Probleme
und Risiken erkennen um
entsprechende Gegenmassnahmen
einzuleiten
Wie funktioniert das?
• Alle Projekte werden übersichtlich
in einem Portfolio dargestellt
• Der aktuelle Status der Projekte
wird durch schlanke Quality Gates
festgestellt
• Dies funktioniert bei agilen Methoden
wie auch bei klassischen Vorgehensmodellen
• Durch ein schlankes Controlling nach der
Earned Value Method (EVM) kann bereits nach
wenigen Monaten zuverlässig das Ende und die
voraussichtlichen Kosten des Projekts prognostiziert werden

Project Supervision
beispielsweise:
– Coaching der Projektleiter
– Aktives Projektportfoliomanagement
– Schwachstellenanalyse
– Entwicklung neuer Methoden und Prozesse
– Einführung neuer Methoden und Prozesse
– Ermittlung von Reifegraden z.B. nach SPICE
Transparenz und Handlungsfähigkeit
Project Supervision
Es zeigt den Standort der Projekte
• Bewährte Spezialisten beurteilen an vorher

ermittelt, ob entsprechende Reviewergebnisse vorliegen

Project Supervision (EVM)
• EVM calculation is based on hours not materials (hardware, licences)
• Earned value is calculated based on the remaining effort estimation
• The calculation is done on work package level
• Calculation is done with EXCEL, each month
• Earned Schedule (ES) is not used
• Project reserves (time / budget) are ignored for the EVM calculation
• Providers with fix price offers, have to report the progress in
percentage => CPI = 1
• Major changes in project scope or major derivation from the original
plan => Replanning

Situation/Remark
The budget was reduced by 0.5 Mio., caused by the descoping of
the Special Business.
Assessment
A 1st application for additional budget caused by budget overrun
about 25% is needed.
The projection shows an additional need of 3 Mio or 2.5 Mio.
without budget reduction for Special Business. This value is
based on an estimation of open efforts and an additional amount
for an extended //-Run.

Portfolio Management • A portfolio process needs to be established
• Below you can find an example
Was kostet Sie das?
