VIBREX® provides a modular solution for one-or two-channel monitoring of RMS vibrationseverity, bearing condition or other importantmachine health indicators and performs auto-mated alarm-based switching as well. Simply install the basicunit with evaluation modules, mount sensorson machines, connect cables - all supplied as acomplete kit - then adjust the alarm/warninglevels and let VIBREX® begin monitoring. Themodules are contained in the rugged IP65-protected housing of the basic unit to with-stand harsh industrial environments. Certifiedintrinsically safe versions are also available foruse in explosive environments.

Separate alarm and warning LEDs illuminatewhen limits are exceeded; an alarm relay issuesa signal and switches off the machine via PLC.Measurement signals can be fed directly tocontrol systems via 4 - 20 mA output or ana-lyzed via direct sensor connection to VIBSCAN-NER®, VIBROTIP® or VIBXPERT® - for moreextensive machine diagnosis or spectrum anal-ysis. Optional mV signal output allows connec-tion of other instruments as well.

Each module contains self-diagnostic routinesthat automatically alert you to short circuits,broken connections and power status; the OKrelay trips to indicate the problem immediate-ly.

VIBREX® ist für den Einsatz in einer rauhenIndustrieumgebung geeignet und auch in ei-ner Ex-geschützen Ausführung verfügbar. Op-tional kann VIBREX® mit einem mV-Ausgangzur Signalanalyse ausgerüstet werden.

Neben den VIBREX-Standardpaketen sindauf Anfrage auch Sonderversionen erhält-lich. Für Messstellen an dünnwandigen La-gergehäusen ist ein Sensor mit Klebean-schluß erhältlich.
