Mentales Training
Chirurgie, Musik...
“I never hit a shot, not even in practice, without having a very sharp, in-focus picture of it in my head. First I see the ball where I want it to finish, nice and white and sitting up high on the bright green grass. Then the scene quickly changes, and I see the ball going there: its path, trajectory, and shape, even its behavior on landing…” Jack Nicklaus
Online MT?
Ranghanathan, et al. (2004). Neuropsychologia.

Somatotopy also exists when people merely observe actions with foot, hand or mouth.

Gegenevidenz

“this is not a curiosity, but the normal process…”

Handlungsplanungstheorien
sagen Binding voraus:

n Weiterer Grund fuer “choking” in Stressituationen?
Empfehlungen
2. Flexibilitaet beim mentalen Training
Muessen mental trainierte
Handlungen effektorspezifisch enkodiert werden?

n external focus (what you want to achieve with the movements)
n internal focus (the specific movements you need to perform).
à External focus has been consistently shown to be more advantegous…
