MWM GENSETS

The technology and the tradition of MWM engines are now also in a new line of gensets. MWM GENSETS offers products for applications in condominiums, data centers, telecommunications, rental companies, residences, malls, hospitals, supermarkets, construction, industries and agribusiness. MWM GENSETS uses exclusively the G-Line MWM engines latest generation and high technology, efficiency and performance, ensuring more durability and reliability in the most applications in power generation. Complementing its portfolio, MWM GENSETS has companies that form a strategic alliance, providing to customers flexibility in choosing the best solution. MWM GENSETS products are available for various powers at the frequencies of 50 Hz and 60 Hz and are designed for applications of emergency, peak hour or single source of power, available in open and muted versions, manual or automatic, with or without parallelism.

OPERATING SCHEME FOR POWER GENERATION*

Emergency Power (ESP – Standby Power) Generator sets classified in this scheme are available for emergency power supply throughout the duration of the lack or utility company failure.There is no reserve or overload power. The machines are not released for service in parallel with the utility company and should be used in locations supplied by a reliable utility company. An equipment classified under this scheme is sized to operate at maximum 200 hours/year, attending variable loads, and its average power should not exceed 70% of the emergency power, respecting the maintenance intervals, as technical manual.

Prime Power (PRP – Unlimited Running Time Prime Power) Generator sets classified in this scheme are available for variable supply loads for an unlimited time. They are indicated for use in peak times where there is no utility company or in case it is not reliable. The average power in this scheme shall not exceed 70% of the main power, respecting the maintenance intervals, according to the technical manual.

Continuous Power (COP – Continuous Power or Base Load) Generator sets classified in this scheme are available for energy supply with constant loads, for an unlimited number of hours. There is no possibility of overload. The COP scheme has no load factor or application time restrictions, maintenance intervals must be respected, according to the technical manual.

It allows the manual operation of the equipment, which has all the information in the display for its monitoring.MWM GENSETS equipments has commands panels with high-

tech control systems worldwide recognized, allowing easy and efficient management and monitoring.

The controllers of MWM GENSETS are intended for the exclusive application in genset. There is a model for each kind of application – manual or automatic control and single or parallel operation – allowing more flexibility in the definition of the most suitable system control for your need.

AUTOMATIC PANEL

It monitors the power supply by the utility company and, in case it fails, the genset is automatically triggered, which starts to feed the loads. When the power of the utility company is detected, the mains-genset switching is automatically restored again.

Prepared to command the parallelism of two or more genset to supply high demands, constantly monitoring the attended load and doing the synchronization and uniform division of the generators sets load.
