ingreep blijkt dat klieren aangetast zijn of
diameter van tumor > 5 cm
• Tumoren < 4 cm : radicale radiotherapie

• Heel wat nodules ontdekt. Strikt beleid noodzakelijk om
nodeloze invasieve onderzoeken te ontdekken

• Zeker jaarlijkse CT opvolging bij patiënten na
heelkunde voor longkanker : second primary !!!!
